~Today~
Hello! Today my best friend and I went to a hotpot and bbq place we've often gone to before, she gave them a cake (to belatedly celebrate my birthday since we hadn't seen eachother in awhile) and all she wanted them to do was bring it to the table for us but of course they ended up doing the whole singing and clapping and there was even a guy in a mascot costume lol... it was so unexpected that it was kinda fun though.
The strawberries were so yummy~

Camera
Hello again! After I got back from New York I decided I wanted to get my old Canon Powershot S3 IS (from 2006) up and running again, it used to belong to my parents, they used to take pictures of me and other family members with it during the holidays and such. When I was around 11-12 years old, I discovered doll photography on Flickr and wanted to try it out for myself, nobody had been using that camera for years so it kind of just ended up belonging to me. I used to take it around the neighborhood, snapping pictures of my dolls outside, pretty flowers, all sorts of stuff.
Here it is! In pretty good shape for an 18 year old camera if you ask me
Current outdoor fall decorations
It's definitely a little more grainy than I'm used to at this point, my phone camera is probably quite a bit better but not bad for a digital camera from 2006! It feels nice taking pictures with an actual camera again~
That's all for now. Until next time!
NYC
Hi again! This post will just be various random photos from the trip. I hope you enjoy~
My first time trying Chili Tomato cup noodles! They were so good~
There was this rooftop visible right outside our hotel window, I wanted to hang out up there so badly lol

Gets
Hello! This post will contain some of the things I got during the trip. I found some good stuff this time, like this Precure postcard book I got at Kinokuniya!
Here's some of my favorite pages:
I also discovered this really beautiful doll at TESO-X (affiliated with Teso Life but cooler store imo) She's a Chinese Dream Fairy doll, I haven't named her yet
We also went to a DIY studio in Flushing where I got to decorate this cute box!
Last but not least, this giant button I got at Kino!
My next post will probably just be random photos and food from the trip. Thanks for reading!

Birthday
Hi there! This post will be from our third day of the birthday trip, my 25th birthday! (October 17th) I dressed up in lolita, and we took the train from Flushing (where we were staying) to Manhattan and headed to Prince Tea House in Koreatown. The tea and desserts were so yummy!

NJ
Hello again! It's been awhile~ Recently I went to NYC with my boyfriend for my birthday! On our first real day there (October 15th) we took a bus to Edgewater, NJ to visit Mitsuwa Marketplace! There was a pretty large Japanese grocery store attached to the rest of the marketplace, which included Bandai gacha machines and various food stalls. There was also a small Kinokuniya bookstore, a Daiso, a really cute store called "Little Japan" as well as a Shiseido store that we didn't end up visiting. Here's some photos from the day~
One of the capsule toys I got from a gacha machine, they had a little mini backdrop area with different scenes to take photos as well! So cute~
