Hi again! I was selected as employee of the month for May at my job which is cool, they gave me a pin, a $25 gift card and a congratulatory letter! It's nice to finally get some actual recognition at work.

Also I got my bike fixed up and ready for the warm weather, unfortunately the area where I live has suddenly become very rainy in recent years, likely due to climate change but it's still nice to have the bike for easier transportation to work and for running errands. The weather's nice sometimes!

My boyfriend and I both got helmets due to the insane potholes around here that our city is refusing to do anything about (despite taxes being crazy high and it becoming a richer and richer area...) he actually wiped out on the bike recently while trying to head to the laundromat by hitting a 3.5 inch pothole, he got really hurt (luckily nothing broken) and made a phone call to our local DPW, informing them of the situation and receiving no solid answer after he asked when the potholes near where we live were going to be fixed. Sure enough, the next day they were out there "fixing" them (poorly) probably because the phone call scared them a bit lol

  

At least I was able to get a pink helmet and attach a super cute bow to the back~

 

 

Built in sunglasses that flip up, they cover my glasses and leave plenty of room without smushing them into my face

 

By the way, I was finally able to get Infinity Nikki up and running again by playing it on the PS5! I was having a lot of issues with it crashing on my computer so I kinda gave up on playing it for a bit, my PC still needs some work. I think I actually prefer playing it this way, it's really beautiful and immersive on the big TV screen, and relaxing to play while laying in bed.
